Refund Policy

1. Digital services

All UniValue Studio products are digital consulting services delivered remotely.

2. Before work begins

Clients are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested before work has started.

Work is considered started when:

  • intake materials have been reviewed, or
  • research or analysis has begun.

3. After work begins

Once work has started, refunds are not available due to the time-based and customised nature of the services.

4. Subscription services

For monthly advisory subscriptions:

  • Clients may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are issued for the current active period

5. Non-delivery

If UniValue Studio fails to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe and no revised timeline is accepted by the client, the client is eligible for a full refund.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
